We accept changes and returns on all of our pieces(Excluding custom mades).
We only need the following requirements are fulfilled:
The article/s must be on its original condition, with all the labels on its place, including the hygiene mark.
The article/s must have not been used, washed or altered in any way, including its original odor.
Any product to which has been applied any kind of discount is considered a final sale and cannot be changed.
Are the returns free?
The shipping costs spent on the item’s return to Airavata Swimwear for change or refund are not covered or refunded by us.
Do I have to return the whole outfit?
No, if the outfit has two pieces, you only send the piece that needs to be replaced either if it is for change or to make the refund effective.
How do I request a return?
Request a return is very simple, follow the instructions from the return sheet that comes with your parcel. If you don’t have a sheet please download it here.
Once we approve your returned item, we will notify you by email and assign you a code with the balance of your purchase. You may use the code only in our online store www.airavataswimwear.com and will be valid only for the next 30 days.
Be aware to give a correct email address, and check your spam folder regularly.
You must take into account that we won’t be responsible for the loss of the product if it is returned. We recommend you use a certified postal service, to return the products, and keep a record of the tracking details.
How long will the process of the return request take?
The return requests are processed during the next 24-48 hours, however, once we have the article in our hands, we offer a 3 to 5 business day term for such a process.
Once the process has finished and the exchange has been accepted, we will send you the new product and an email with your new purchase order.
In case the return of the product is not accepted, we will send you an email explaining the reasons and the new purchase order of the shipping of the original product.
What should I do in case the item is damaged or defective?
We aim that this never happens, all of our pieces go through strict quality control to assure the best on our garments. Nevertheless, if you have an issue with a damaged or defective article, you must inform us to email@example.com so we can be able to solve the problem as soon as possible.
We will only accept refund requests for the following reasons and only in purchases in our online store www.airavataswimwear.com
-The refund will be made only if the purchased piece is not available in our online shop.
-The refund does not include shipping fees.
